ADULT ADHD & FOCUS COACHING

Support that meets you where you are, and moves you forward.

If you’re an adult with ADHD or executive function challenges, you’ve probably spent years trying to just “get it together” using systems that were never bult for your brain in the first place.

At Struggle Bus Coaching, we work together to build tools and strategies that fit you, your writing, your routines, your responsibilities, and your reality.

This isn’t about becoming a different person.

It’s about learning how to work with your brain so you can move forward with more confidence, less overwhelm, and a whole lot more grace for yourself.

Is This You?

You may not have a formal ADHD diagnosis.

(You might not even be sure if you ”count.”

But your daily life tells a story:

  • You know exactly what you need to do.. until it’s time to actually start.

  • You get bursts of motivation, but they disappear as quickly as they came.

  • You try system after system: planners, routines, apps; but nothing sticks

  • You are constantly thinking about thinking, planning to plan, or worrying about what you’ve forgotten.

  • Your brain never “shuts off,” but very few things actually get done.

  • You’re successful in so many areas, but the behind-the-scenes work feels exhausting.

You’re smart. You’re capable.

You’re not broken. Your brain is just wired differently and differently does not mean badly.

What Adult ADHD Coaching Looks Like

Adult ADHD Coaching at Struggle Bus is:

Practical

We build strategies that work in your real life and not some idealized version of it. If it can’t survive a busy day, it’s not the right tool.

Forward-Focused

We’re here to decide what’s next, not pick apart what’s behind you. Coaching helps you shift into motion.

Educational + Action-Oriented

ADHD isn’t just “being distracted.”

I help you understand how your writing affects motivation, follow-through, overwhelm, and decision-making so you can finally stop blaming yourself and start working with your brain.

Warm, Supportive, and Shame-Free

ADHD comes with years of negative messaging.

Here, you get the space to breathe, think, regroup, and build momentum, all without judgment.

Built Around How Your Brain Actually Works

Executive function matters. So does emotional regulation. So does interest and energy. We design strategies that meet all of those needs.

What Makes Struggle Bus Coaching Different

Lived Experience + Professional Training

I’m an ICF-credentialed PCC coach, a Professional ADHD Coach recognized by the ADHD Coaches Organization, and an adult who didn’t discover her own ADHD until her child was diagnosed.

I understand the emotional rollercoaster, the hidden work, and the mental load; because I’ve lived it.

A Metaphor That Works

The Struggle Bus is an easy way to talk about hard things.

It keeps coaching grounded, relatable, and even a little fun, because sometimes you have to laugh so you don’t cry.

Tools for the Road Ahead

You won’t leave sessions with abstract ideas.

You’ll leave with ADHD-friendly tools that are:

  • Simple

  • Flexible

  • Easy to use

  • And built to last

Not perfect.

Just doable.
