ADHD coaching built for real life

Practical supportive coaching for people who feel scattered, overwhelmed, or stuck in start and stop patterns and want more consistency, less chaos, and real tools that help.

Not your typical brain. Not your typical coaching.

  • You know what needs to get done, but doing it consistently feels harder than it should.

  • You start strong, lose steam somewhere in the middle, and wonder why things that seem simple for other people can feel so hard to hold onto.

  • You are tired of the overwhelm, the stop-and-start patterns, and systems that look good on paper but do not hold up in real life.

You do not need to be fixed. You need space to map out your route forward and figure out what actually works for you, with support, practical strategies, and tools designed to fit your brain and your life.

You might be here because…

What coaching can help with…

  • managing time when it keeps slipping away

  • figuring out what to do first when everything feels important

  • getting started without overwhelm taking over

  • following through when motivation disappears halfway through

  • reducing decision fatigue, mental clutter, and all-or-nothing patterns

  • building routines and systems that hold up in real life

  • handling the logistics of work, home, and digital life with less chaos

  • creating tools and supports that actually fit your brain

What it’s like to work with Struggle Bus Coaching…

We start by looking at where things are getting stuck and what is making everyday life feel harder than it needs to. From there, we work together to map out a route forward that fits your brain, your life, and what matters most to you.

That might mean building better systems, creating more structure, finding ways around common roadblocks, or figuring out how to make the things that matter feel more doable. The goal is not perfection. The goal is creating tools and strategies that actually work in real life and can keep working when life gets messy.

This is not about forcing yourself into someone else’s system. It is about figuring out what works for you and building from there.

Ways to work together…

There is no right or wrong starting point. Whether you are looking for ongoing support or a place to start, there are a few different ways we can work together to get you moving in a direction that feels right to you.

Looking for ongoing support and accountability as you build better systems, tools, and routines?

1:1 coaching might be for you.
This is a good fit if you want space to work through what is getting in the way, build strategies that fit your brain and your life, and create a route forward that can hold up in real life.

Looking to quickly think through a particular pain point or figure out where to start?

A strategy session might be your quickest route.
This focused session is designed to help you sort through what is not working, make sense of where things are getting stuck, and leave with practical next steps you can use right away.

Looking for support as you navigate life with and alongside of your ADHDer?

This might be a good place to start.
Together, we can think through what is happening at home, build better tools and supports, and create a steadier route forward for your family.

Why this work matters to me…

I do this work because I know how hard it can be when life feels harder to manage than it looks from the outside. I also know that ADHD is not something to be fixed. The goal is to figure out how to work with your brain instead of against it and to build tools and strategies that actually fit your real life.

I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. As a professional, am an ICF-credentialed coach and carry the Professional ADHD Coach designation from the ADHD Coaches Organization. Personally, I am an ADHDer myself and I am raising a family where ADHD is a part of our everyday life. I am a struggle bus rider who knows the roadblocks and detours associated with ADHD very well. That mix of education and experience allows me to help clients build practical systems, reduce overwhelm, and create more forward motion in everyday life.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I am not here to hand you someone else’s perfect system. I am here to help you map out a route that fits you, your brain, and your real life.
